In this role, you will use your extensive technical expertise and business acumen to not only lead integration efforts but also influence both companies' strategic direction and long-term success.
What you'll do
- Lead the full scope of technical engagements with high-profile partners, overseeing the integration of New Relic's products into their service offerings.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between New Relic and partner product teams, influencing both companies' roadmaps and ensuring tight alignment.
- Drive partner solution launches by collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.
- Evangelize new product features, ensuring partner teams understand and leverage New Relic's latest innovations to meet business goals.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and act as the highest level of technical escalation for partner integrations.
This role requires
- 12+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java, Python, Golang, Ruby, or .NET.
- 5+ years of experience in Observability, including in-depth knowledge of monitoring, logging, and APM solutions.
- Expertise in cloud technologies and architectures, with a focus on multi-cloud environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical integrations and driving business growth through technology partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Bonus points if you have
- Executive-level experience working with partners and customers in both a technical and business capacity.
- Cloud certifications at an architect level (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
- Extensive knowledge of open-source tools and frameworks related to observability and cloud infrastructure.
