We're seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team. As the single-threaded leader, you'll own programs delivering complex projects across multiple Director/VP organizations to proactively ensure the safety of our customers, warehouse associates, and delivery partners. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong software development knowledge, have passion for technology, and desire to solve high-impact business problems. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, influence at all levels, demonstrate strong program management skills, have experience leading large-scale programs, and maintain a well-rounded technical background.
You'll take complex, ambiguous business problems and break them down into scalable technical approaches, write functional specifications, and deliver solutions. We need someone equally comfortable discovering business requirements and discussing architecture and design with development teams. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage competing priorities. You should excel at anticipating bottlenecks and balancing business needs with technical constraints to drive projects forward efficiently.

You will contribute innovative ideas, refine our strategic direction, and raise the bar for program management in our organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
