What You'll Do Day to Day:

Responsible forUX design ofWeb and Mobile Applications to support building our next generation of Applications. Define requirements and produce high-quality UX and UI deliverables. Rapidly iterate on prototypes and be able to conduct user testing to evaluate designs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and development teams to create business solutions and define system requirements.
  • Lead UX design and prototyping efforts; provide design support during development and assist with QA as needed.
  • Create high-quality UX and UI deliverables to communicate the intended user experience such as screen flow diagrams, prototypes, mockups, icons, and UI specification.
  • Work closely with developers to develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications, through entire project lifecycle.
  • Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization articulating design ideas, decisions, and rationale.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from user testing and business analytics to make design decisions.
  • Validate success post-launch through analytics and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice.
  • Complete ad-hoc requests based on the needs and priorities of the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields.
  • 5+ years' experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role.
  • 3+ years' experience creating interactive experiences with prototyping software.
  • 3+ years' experience working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
  • Strong design capabilities within wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and UI design.
  • Experience using design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
  • Knowledge of UX and UI design principles, responsive design, user testing, and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS that informs design and interaction decisions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize input from business leaders, product management, and engineering.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Visio.
  • Experience within the Financial industry preferred.
