DESCRIPTION:
The advanced data R&D Integration engineer reports directly into a global R&D team focusing on high end qualification of new processes and technology nodes and future technology enablement. R&D integration team members are expected to lead inter-site matrix approach for conducting work flows delivering high yield masks matched to customer requirements and industry technical roadmaps. Must execute in a complex, high performance mask tape out environment to enhance cycle time and manage costs while striving for continuous improvement of process capability. Continuously enhance expertise in process simulation, experimentation and mask-wafer integration to ensure masks deliver the most advanced lithographic performance in the industry. Lead company roadmap planning for process modules to keep Photronics on cutting edge of mask manufacturing. Transition qualification processes to manufacturing data support teams to ensure photomask high volume manufacturing readiness and efficiency.
EXPERIENCE:
Possesses Mask Fab knowledge and experience in the areas of data prep and front end support, photomasks lithography understanding a plus.
Experienced in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++ or C, Matlab, Perl and etc.
Experience in mask process correction and advanced mask data prep techniques
Familiar with GDS/OASIS data and software control in a Linux environment
Experienced in developing and drawing test structures to monitor and characterize
Worked on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Experienced in interfacing with Integration, Design, CAD, Layout and Mask process groups
Exercised judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Networked and coordinated information with internal and external contacts
EDUCATION:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Software engineering
MISC:
Ability to work in or relocate to Boise, ID
