Summary
A Priority Response Coordinator targets properties damaged by fire, water, or other natural disasters to offer restoration and repair services. Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Respond to emergency services in real-time. This is an outside sales position with a company-provided vehicle.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a good understanding of the commercial and residential insurance marketplace, including claims strategy and supply chain management for Insurers, Loss Adjusters, and Brokers.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's products and services, competitors, and relevant organizations.
Actively pursue business opportunities with prospective customers.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business.
Work in close conjunction and assist the marketing department with relevant marketing activities and events and provide regular client feedback.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background - and results-driven attitude
Experience in the residential, commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
Well organized & self-reliant/motivated
Excellent communications skills & good relationship developer
Customer service and service delivery focused.
Accurate/good attention to detail
Confident, positive and direct
Formal Education/Training
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Work hours are mostly during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working varying hours. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
