SUMMARY
Responsible for relationship management and growth of long-term profitable relationships. Provides full service banking to high value customers. Consults with customers regarding financial needs, coordinates product/solutions and acts as a liaison to other internal departments. Cross-sells products and services to existing clients. Continually builds a network of internal and external sources and resources to further enhance the customer experience and meet customer's needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in relationship management of high end clients
- Knowledge of consumer credit structuring and lending practices
- Knowledge of complex financial statements and tax returns
- Interpersonal skills to represent the bank positively in dealing with customer transactions
- Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Must have a sharp business development focus
- Possess effective sales and negotiation skills
- Series 7, 63 and 66 is recommended
- Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Cross sell bank services
- Manage, retain and grow profitable client relationships
- Develop new business through active calling on clients and prospects
- Manage individual production and assigned goals
- Partner closely with Financial Advisor and Mortgage Originator
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Actively participates in community activities or events such as Chamber, United Way, Hospitals, Arts organizations etc. with the purpose of visibility in the community and with prospects.
- Requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations
- Other duties as assigned
