Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to work full-time in a 1:1 home care setting.

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to work full-time in a 1:1 home care setting.
NURSES MUST BE ABLE TO START WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS!
Qualifications/Education:
- 1 years of home care nursing experience
- NYS RN or LPN license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
- MMR Titers within 5 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams and health histories before making critical decisions.
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education
- Administer medications and other personalized interventions
- Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals
- Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required
Pay:
- LPN - $35/hour
- RN - $45/hour
