Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on private equity and leveraged buyout transactions.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including purchase agreements, financing agreements, and shareholder arrangements.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to structure and execute complex private equity deals.
- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless deal execution from inception to closing.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
- 4-6 years of experience at a law firm with a focus on private equity transactions.
- Strong deal sheet reflecting experience in leveraged buyouts and related M&A matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
