We are expanding our team and seeking a Post-MBA Investment Professional who is highly driven, collaborative, and brings expertise in one or more of the following subsectors: Industrial Technology, Medical Devices & Life Sciences, and Consumer & Food Manufacturing. This individual will assist across strategies with Graham's most recent buyout fund holding a final close in July 2025 at $1.83B.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Post-MBA Investment Professional, you will be a critical part of Graham Partners' deal teams, with responsibilities spanning the entire investment lifecycle:
- Evaluating Transactions: Conducting rigorous financial, operational, and strategic analyses to assess the viability of potential investments. This includes performing market research, competitive analysis, and financial due diligence to support data-driven decision-making.
- Structuring and Executing Investments: Assisting in the structuring of deals, negotiating key terms, and executing transactions. This involves developing investment theses, preparing investment committee presentations, and working closely with legal and financial advisors to finalize deals.
- Assisting Senior Investment Professionals with Portfolio Company Management: Supporting value creation initiatives across portfolio companies, including strategic growth planning, operational improvements, and financial performance tracking. You will work closely with management teams to implement best practices and optimize business outcomes.
We seek top-tier talent with the following qualifications:
- Experience: 4-6+ years in investment banking or management consulting, plus private equity.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Subsector Expertise: Knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: Industrial Technology, Medical Devices & Life Sciences, and Consumer & Food Manufacturing.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to articulate insights (written and verbal) and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Education: A track record of academic excellence, including a top-tier MBA program and demonstrated accomplishments.
- Passion: Deep interest in investing and business transformation.
- Location Preference: Ties to the Philadelphia area are highly preferred.
