- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on high-stakes private funds matters.
- 3-5 years of private funds experience at a top-tier law firm.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently and in a team setting.
- Salary Range: $225,000 - $435,000 (based on experience level).
