JOB SUMMARY
As a Private Wealth Management Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and advising high-net-worth individuals and families on investment strategies, estate planning, tax optimization, and other wealth management needs. You will develop customized financial plans and provide ongoing guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, a commitment to client service, and the ability to manage complex financial situations.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
Regularly communicate with clients to review financial strategies, provide updates on portfolios, and address any concerns.
Financial Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's needs, including

retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies. Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate asset allocation, investment strategies, and risk management techniques.
Collaborate with estate planners, tax advisors, and legal professionals to ensure all aspects of clients' financial lives are aligned with their goals.
Business Development:
Identify and attract new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship-building with centers of influence (COIs), such as attorneys and accountants.
Deliver presentations, host seminars, and participate in community and professional events to promote wealth management services.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track business development activities.
Regulatory Compliance & Administration:
Ensure all client interactions comply with relevant regulations and firm policies.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for client accounts, investment transactions, and financial plans.
Coordinate with operations and support staff to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks, including account openings, transfers, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar designation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or related field.
Strong knowledge of investment strategies, financial markets, and tax and estate planning principles.
Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent licenses required along with Insurance License
Experience managing high-net-worth clients and complex financial portfolios.
