Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Must-Have: Associate Degree (COTA) from an accredited program

Job Description:
- Provide support for both inpatient and outpatient services
- Work in a 25-bed critical access hospital setting
- Experience with Swing Beds, ICU, Med/Surg Unit, Orthopedics, Cardiac Cath Lab
- Support Level IV trauma ER patients, including those with COVID
- Weekend and holiday shifts may be required per department needs
- Follow dress code guidelines: scrubs with no specific color requirement
- Maintain necessary certifications and memberships as preferred (AOTA and OTAC)
