Description:
Key Accountabilities & Responsibility
Deliver the processes outlined in Project Readiness implementation plan by gathering input from all disciplines.
Produce the processes in line with the project readiness development schedule to finalize all deliverables identified.
Review critical input documents and compile a concise hierarchy of Plans, Processes and Procedures that should be developed to form the Project Readiness suite.
Align all amended and new processes with RACI Governance and Collaborative IDPT delivery demands.
Evaluating existing MX, IDPT and DevCo processes.
Develop Plans, Processes and Procedures alongside the Project Readiness Lead and oversee the roll out for these documents.
Determining gaps between the MX process and project delivery processes.
Coordinating Project Readiness process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
Analysing and monitoring implemented changes to MX, IPDT and DevCo processes and adjusting them as needed.
Provide appropriate material for presentations to stakeholders across the project and integrating feedback.
Provide support and guidance to various disciplines of the project team when needed.
Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
Any additional duties, as deemed necessary to support the deliverables and Key Activities during ASP2.
Technical Management Expertise
Excellent Stakeholder and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in process improvement roles.
Development of internal business process improvement plans.
Experience of process hierarchy and the interdependencies.
Education and Qualifications
Six Sigma/ Lean Certification.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience as project process analyst & improvement role.
At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects preferred.
