Serving as a conduit for delivering product on time the Process Engineer meticulously manages the work order documentation and releases for manufacturing. Following the established protocols to thoughtfully develop and maintain the routings used to create work order documents. Leaning on their drive and passion for delivering excellent products, the Process Engineer utilizes historical data analysis to collaborate with design/manufacturing engineers and continuously improve the work orders and ERP system labor estimates.

Focusing on every detail Process Engineers are imperative to optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A flourishing relationship with your Production Control teammates, Manufacturing Engineer, Purchasing, and Scheduling teams is the anchor to achieving your goals. Requirements

  • US Person
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with Excel
  • Knowledge of manufacturing concepts (welding, fitting, machining, paint, and assembly)
  • Experience or education in Lean Manufacturing environment (Preferred)
