Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions.
- Create and maintain engineered drawings and BOMs using AutoCAD and CAD software.
- Utilize ERP systems for process management and documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all engineering practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ yrs process engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or MFG Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies and their application in manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BOMs, and engineered drawings.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience in fenestration, custom or ETO manufacturing is a huge plus!
