We are currently looking for aProcess Engineerto provide technical leadership in manufacturing, focusing on equipment needs, modifications, technological enhancements, and process optimization. This role involves supporting safety initiatives, offering real-time technical support, and maintaining documentation for machine setups. You will monitor production for efficiency improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement new processes. The Process Engineer will also manage multiple projects, coordinate equipment readiness, and ensure compliance with quality systems.

- Support and comply with all safety initiatives
- Report any safety observations
- Provide real-time technical support to operations personnel
- Maintain documentation of standard machine or mix preparation setups including all support equipment required.
- Consistently monitor production histories for the purpose of recommending improvements in efficiency, quality and waste reduction.
- Work with other technical resources, or alone, in troubleshooting and developing solutions to long term or recurrent problems.
- Investigate, justify and implement new or modified equipment or manufacturing processes.Prepare written documentation and provide operator training.Coordinate project activity with plant maintenance/engineering.
- Coordinate the availability and state of readiness of support equipment.
- Recommend modifications to existing equipment to enhance quality of products or safety of operation.
- Assure that the systems and procedures used are documented, implemented and effectively used and are consistent with the policies contained in the quality systems manual and its supporting documentation.
- Be a positive influence and example to others throughout the organization.
- Manage confidential information to assure that TCs know how / trade secrets are well protected.

- 4-year degree in technical discipline OR equivalent company job specific work experience.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Able to motivate, influence and encourage others to achieve high standards of work.
- Working knowledge of data management systems and statistical tools
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word Office Suite.
- Ability to build credibility and trust by demonstrating high ethical standards.
- Ability to lead teams and influence decisions based on facts and process thinking.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are action oriented and customer focused.
- Willing to attend internal and external training as required.
