Your role at Exness:

A Process Engineering Specialist is a professional who specializes in implementing and maintaining statistical process control methodologies within an organization. The primary goal is to identify operational opportunities by working with the operational improvement team in Customer Support, CIB, and quantify and prioritize the opportunity for execution with stipulated timeline form short and medium term. Subsequently to monitor and control the quality of processes to ensure they meet specified standards and to identify and address variations that could impact product or service quality
You will:
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Lean, Outlier management or Total Quality Management
  • Deploy Kaizen for those opportunity consider as quick fixes, for faster & impactful outcome
  • The successful candidate must be able to keep his/ her hand dirty as to work closely with CSM/ TLs to execute improvement and troubleshooting the problem solving effectively
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Work with various departments to gather and analyze relevant data
What makes you a great fit:
  • Consider as an advance level in business improvement methodology and able to navigate the problem into opportunity to resolve issues
  • Solid understanding of data and six sigma methodologies (data analysis, data preparation, ETL, ELT, etc.)
  • 3 to 4+ years of experience with Basic statistical tools in process improvement and data analysis (Minitab)
  • 3 to 4+ years of experience in Data Anomaly Detection techniques (CpK; Sigma level basis DPMO; Quartile analysis; Outlier Management etc.)
  • Well organized, with attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
  • Has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities
  • You possess demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Data artisan - can tell a story with the data in a dashboard
  • Experience setting-up tools, platforms & etc from scratch and ability to drive and manage stakeholders independently with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Green-Belt Six Sigma trained and other Project Management certification would be ideal but not compulsory
  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field such as Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, Statistic and others
Prerequisite / Hard Skill Requirement:

The below technical skill set requirement is a reference for the potential talent, who has the interest with willingness to learn and venture in the statistical profession in the area of business improvement methodology as well as individuals who are technical savvy. We will provide coaching and on job training as part of the development plan. Herewith list of the statistical knowledge that fundamental to become as a successful candidate
  • Lean Six Sigma Principles/Methodologies
    • Business Improvement Methodology
    • Statistical Process Control (SPC)(CpK)
    • Outlier Management (Quartile Analysis, Six Sigma)
    • Central Tendency (Mean/Median/Mode)
    • Process variation analysis (DPMO; Sigma Level)
    • Normal Probability Curve (NPC)
    • Data distribution (Normal Distribution, Binomial Distribution, Poisson Distribution etc.))
    • Hypothesis testing (Null & Alternate)
  • Know how of Basic statistical tools in process improvement and data analysis e.g Minitab
  • Fundamentals of Statistics e.g. Data Type, data skewness, Kurtosis
  • Statistical Data Analysis
    • Identify patterns and trends in the data
    • Avoid biases, fallacies, and logical errors into your analysis
    • Produce accurate and trustworthy results
  • Advanced excel skills (Nested if conditions; SUMIFS; SUMPRODUCT; FORECAST.LINEAR; FORECAST>ETS; Power Query, VB script (Non mandatory) etc
