Job Summary

We're looking for a Process Improvement Managerto join our Supply Chain Operations team. In this role, you'll work in our 200,000 sq. ft. distribution center, focusedon reducing waste, improving efficiency in our operations, and leading bestpractices within our supply chain operations. You will identify areas ofimprovement, set goals, and work cross-functionally with other teams to communicatestrategies for streamlining operations. This role requires a hands-on approach,with the expectation that you will actively engage in process analysis,implement solutions, mentor other team members, and foster a Lean culture. You will be responsible for both directindividual contributions and leading cross-functional teams in identifyinginefficiencies, enhancing processes, and driving continuous improvementinitiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in leading process improvementswithin manufacturing and/or distribution operations utilizing processimprovement strategies, including Lean methodology, and has the demonstratedimplementation and organizational change management skills necessary to achievebuy-in on proposed improvement projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations,Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related field
  • 7+ years' experience in Supply Chain Operationsand/or manufacturing with a focus on process improvement and/or operational excellence
  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated applicationsof Lean Manufacturing Philosophy
  • Demonstrated ability to implement lean processimprovement in a shop floor environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solvingabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making, including the abilityto collect, interpret, and present data
  • Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills withexperience directing cross-functional process improvement teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, advanceddecision-making ability and conflict resolution; ability to influence andengage employees at all levels
  • Knowledge of distribution center operations andwarehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs,including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
