Process Manufacturing Manager - Raw Material Processing

A $900MM+ dollar International Manufacturer is seeking aPROCESSMANUFACTURINGMANAGERto manage a new materials processing line within their specialty materials manufacturing operation, located Southwest of Nashville, TN. It is a heavy industrial manufacturing plant that caters to other high tech product manufacturers around the globe.My client is seeking a Process Manufacturing Manager with a strong background in material converting processes like what you might find at a foundry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in an engineering/manufacturing role in a heavy manufacturing industry environment like a foundry or stamping operation.Metals or Ceramic processing environments are good too.
• A BS in Engineering is a must.Strong preference for a BSME or BSEE.Extremely technical, hands-on position.A BSBA will not cut it.
• Experience in a production environment that depends on power oriented processing like a foundry is a must.
• 3 to 5 years of Management / Supervisory experience is a must.
• Experience managing power distribution systems and associated controls is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with production control systems and equipment is strongly preferred.
• Experience working within a matrixed management structure is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION:$85K to $110K base plus a 15% annual bonus.
