SUMMARY
An adept professional experienced in procurement and inventory management, particularly within the medical services sector. This individual will be joining a dynamic and rapidly expanding Medical Services Organization (MSO) that specializes in plastic surgery. The candidate should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, influenced by the organization's recent mergers and acquisitions, and should possess the agility to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization as it scales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
- Supplier Relations and Negotiation: Forge and maintain strong relationships with suppliers of pharmaceuticals and sundry products. Negotiate contracts to extract maximum value, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Inventory Control Management: Implement and oversee inventory control policies and procedures, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained, reducing waste, and mitigating risk.
- Technology Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions to support and enhance inventory management practices and procurement processes.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams in the field to ensure smooth implementation of inventory control measures and procurement strategies.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all procurement and inventory practices adhere to industry standards and regulations, particularly those pertaining to pharmaceuticals in the medical sector.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified in Production and Inventory Management [CPIM]) will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement and inventory management is ideal. Experience specifically within the medical services or pharmaceutical sectors will be highly regarded.
- Multi-site experience working with diverse brands (working in healthcare a plus)
SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and frameworks.
