The Procurement COE Analyst is an integral part of our Finance team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.
Compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 -$120,000.00
Position Details
The Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) Analyst is part of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence team. This role will provide system administration for the T&E system and partner with IT to administer the Source to Pay (S2P) system. The Procurement COE Analyst will manage master data, provide end-user process and system support, handle training and communications for these systems, administer the corporate and P-Card credit cards, and provide data analytics, reports, dashboards, and KPIs. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, standardized, and compliant global procurement operations through optimized Source to Pay processes, advanced data analytics, and a high-performing Procurement COE. The successful candidate will bring a blend of process expertise, analytical capability, and technical proficiency to enhance procurement efficiency and drive value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, standardization, and optimization of global Source to Pay processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices across regions.
- Oversee purchase request/order processes, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Administer and optimize procurement-related systems including T&E (Navan), Sourcing, Contract, Supplier Lifecycle Mgmt., Supplier Performance Mgmt., Spend Analytics, and P2P (GEP). Work closely with IT to ensure systems are effectively supporting business processes.
- Administer the global Corporate and P-Card credit card programs.
- Implement and administer purchasing catalogs, and monitor and improve compliance to buy and pay channels.
- Manage testing, communication, and training.
- Assist with procurement analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into spending, supplier performance, and process efficiency. Partner with IT to deliver more complex reports.
- Train and communicate on systems to ensure end users understand and follow standardized S2P processes.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field with a focus on S2P processes, travel & expense management, system administration, and procurement operations.
- Experience with S2P platforms (preferably GEP), T&E systems (preferable Navan), and ERP systems (JD Edwards and Oracle preferred), and the ability to execute system configuration and optimization initiatives and provide end-user process and system support.
- Knowledge in Master Data Management and process standardization.
- Experience in global procurement processes, including purchase order management and supplier onboarding.
- Analytical skills with experience in procurement analytics and reporting tools, and ability to develop reports and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP are a plus.
