Centennial, CO: $114,000 -$150,000 annually
El Paso, TX: $100,000 -$130,000 annually

Role Description:

The Procurement Director will work under the VP of Operations. This position will be responsible for managing procurement for the entire company.

What you'll do:
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team and critical stakeholders to develop a distribution and logistics strategy aligned with the company's current and future vision. This includes organizational structure, business strategy, and building a team to ensure a world-class and highly efficient function
  • Deliver KPIs against financial targets and budgets
  • Maximize the positive impact on the company's EBITDA achievement, growth objectives, and customer experience
  • Transform the distribution and logistics organizations to deliver industry-leading service and cost-to-serve metrics
  • Establish a strong team working within ISO 9001 and AS 9100 requirements
  • Proactively partner with the Finance organization to develop strategies and contingency plans that mitigate financial impact as needed
  • Negotiate and implement true cost analysis across all vendors and logistic partners
  • Develop strategic objectives to improve supply chain efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness while coordinating program plans with sourcing and planning cross-functional partners
  • Create and manage vendor scorecards, based on performance


What we're looking for:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred
  • ERP system knowledge such as Syteline, IQMS, SAP or Sage
  • Previous plastics or manufacturing experience required
  • Expertise in logistical systems and practices, i.e., commerce warehouse management and understanding of key logistics and supply chain indicators
  • Multi-state experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
