Description:
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
* Having working experience with Oil & Gas Refinery
Having and experience on Green Field & Brown Field Project / CAPEX/MRO Procurement.
* Having and experience on Oil & Gas Project Procurement for the region Europe etc.
Candidates from Engineering consultancy & EPC projects background will be preferred.
Field & desk expediting expereince. Able to under stand dTracking of PO's, Co-ordinate/issue PO's, track material and services
Should have overall project experience of start to end project cycle
Having Project Procurement working experience with Oil and Gas / Chemical domain.
Exposure to Procurement Process & cycle for both Pre-Ordering & Post Ordering activities
Having an experience in Finalisation of Project Procurement Strategy, Procurement plan, Approved Supplier list etc. .
Exploring new suppliers, Commercial Bid evaluation, Tabulation & Recommendation for PO placement.
Evaluation of new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiates with them
Candidates from Engineering consultancy & EPC projects background will be preferred.
Tracking of PRe-Ordering and Post ordering Process.
Should have overall project experience of start to end project cycle
* Should have P2P exposure
* Knowledge about Incoterms
* Commercial negotiation
* Having working experience with Oil & Gas Refinery
