Requirement:
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about My account and Checkout) as a business analyst or product analyst.
- Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is must.
- Experience in writing, prioritizing and grooming User stories is must.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with JIRA, confluence is must.
- Experience of writing story in Gherkin format is must.
- Experience in Analytics will be an additional advantage.
- ct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
- Excellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Application Development.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting functional and non-functional specifications.
- Help train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deployment.
