Join Notified's GTM team as a Product Enablement Manager! Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and the flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. We are open to filling this position in our office in Toronto, Canada, El Segundo, CA, Chicago, IL or Woburn, MA.

Notified is a segment within West Technology Group that provides public relations (PR) and investor relations (IR) solutions delivered to thousands of public and private companies globally via cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms.

This dynamic role blends product marketing, sales enablement, and solution consulting. As a Product Enablement Manager, you'll play a crucial role in translating technical details about our products into compelling narratives for two primary audiences: salespeople and customers.

For salespeople, you'll create and deliver impactful product demos and demo videos, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to sell our products effectively. For customers, you'll create in-product guides, videos, and documentation, including release notes, to demonstrate the most effective use of our products. This will drive adoption and ensure customers realize the full value of our offerings.

We seek someone who can transform technical features into compelling stories for non-technical buyers. It's crucial to communicate the value of investing in superior features, ensuring customers understand the ROI and benefits of our products over lower-priced competitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver impactful product demos, sales training, and enablement programs to maximize sales team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather input and continuously improve our demos and training, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Support our evolution towards product-led growth (PLG) by building out product guides and onboarding journeys for new customers.
  • Monitor user behavior trends and identify opportunities to enhance communication within our products to improve adoption.
  • Convert new features into clear release notes and engaging product videos to educate customers on their usage.

KPIs: These are some of the metrics that this role will be expected to help drive; This role will be expected to drive key metrics for both sales and customer success. For sales, focus on improving performance metrics such as shorter sales cycles, higher win rates, and increased sales productivity. Ensure sales satisfaction with demo content, delivery, and scalability. For customers, the primary metrics include product adoption rates and upsell rates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, solution consulting, or sales enablement, preferably with B2B SaaS products. Experience in translating technical features into compelling business value stories is a plus.

Other:
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Technically inclined and a quick learner to understand how our B2B SaaS applications work, the problems they solve, and how they outperform competitive solutions.
  • Strong public speaking skills, comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to guide and influence colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Pendo is preferred.
  • Familiarity with video editing software like Storylane is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English.


Travel / Physical Demands: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
