About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Product Industrial Lead / Engineer to join our team. In
this role, you will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and suppliers, driving
industrialization processes, capacity planning, and risk mitigation. Your primary focus will be on
tracking material flow, supporting engineering changes, and optimizing cost and efficiency within
the manufacturing and supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive delivery performance metrics, ensuring promoting on-time execution of key
deliverables.
Develop and implement capacity assessments and planning strategies to support
manufacturing objectives.
Lead engineering change plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure
seamless execution.
Develop transition plans for manufacturing and supply chain shifts, minimizing operational
disruptions.
Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain production
continuity.
Provide Create and maintain lines of balance input, ensuring schedule alignment and
efficient production flow.
Support cost reduction initiatives through data-driven decision-making and process
improvements.
Serve as supplier and internal site lead, ensuring alignment between production,
engineering, and supply chain teams.
Work Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
8-10 years of experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing roles.
Experience in creating schedules for, and tracking of, production plans including recuring
status updates to management.
Strong understanding of capacity planning, risk management, and engineering change
control methods.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and product cost
analysis across a value stream.
Proficiency Strong working knowledge in SAP or other ERP/MRP system, Power BI, or other
data analytics software tools.
Advanced Excel skills, including Skilled in data modeling, charting, and visualization tools
used for periodic reporting to management and other stakeholders.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail in a data driven, high visibility environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with suppliers and key internal stakeholders in a in a fast-paced
environment.
Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or other heavy manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of engineering change processes and requirements in the aerospace industry.
Understanding of product quality notification systems and expediting procedures.
$80-$95K depending on experience
