Summary of Position:
The Product Intelligence Manager will lead the Data intelligence function for our Media products. This role is pivotal in shaping product direction by delivering deep, actionable insights into product health, user engagement, feature adoption, retention, and UI/UX performance. The Product Intelligence Manager will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders to define KPIs, craft visualizations, and drive clarity around how users interact with our products. Using frameworks like Google's HEART, you will turn complex datasets into clear narratives that inform the product roadmap and user experience strategies.
Essential Functions:
Lead the Product Analytics Strategy
Own the development of a scalable analytics approach for O&O products. Implement frameworks like HEART to measure Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success.
Define and Operationalize KPIs
Partner with product teams to identify and measure KPIs across app health and feature performance-including CSAT, DAU/MAU, FSD conversion rates, content interaction, churn, and more.
Build Insightful Dashboards & Reports
Design and maintain tailored dashboards for each product with restricted access across orgs. Ensure insights are paired with context and clear actionability.
Experimentation & Validation
Partner with product teams to design and analyze A/B tests, new feature rollouts, and user journey experiments.
Champion Data Enablement
Work closely with Data Engineering and BI to ensure product data is well-structured, tagged, and accessible for real-time and longitudinal analysis

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, CS, Economics, Data Science)
5+ Years of Experience
Qualifications:
5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles focused on digital products
SQL Advanced technical skills (DataViz; SQL; automation; report/metric design; algorithms/modeling) Advance (Required)
Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, etc.)
Deep understanding of data pipelines and database structures, with the ability to work hands-on with large-scale data sets
Proficiency in data engineering tools and techniques, including ETL processes and data modeling
Experience working with data lakes and cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
