Where will you work: Hybrid (3 days in office at Lithia, FL)

The Product Manager will support the short- and long-term strategy and goals established with the Sr. Manager - Product Management, taking primary responsibility for development of product availability/allocation and tactical execution of priorities for domestic and export markets. The Product Manager monitors and assesses short- to-mid-term product commitments and forecasts and contributes to product pricing strategy in North America, specifically managing phosphate PriceFx requirements.

Focus will be North America phosphate, though position will coordinate product planning with International Product Management team and will need an understanding of Potash Product Management priorities. Position will work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Market Analysis, Finance, and Operations partners.

What will you do:
  • Product allocation and tracking - Remaining CDP, open commitments, FPD balances, etc. Report development and execution.
  • Coordinate with supply planning on product availability - Monitor warehouse network, manage in-season priority calls, support unit train planning.
  • PriceFX management including Feed and Industrial.
  • Manage various Product Management-specific issues and ad hoc projects as necessary (e.g. budgeting, revenue tracking, S&OP participation and reporting, customer/supplier engagement).


What will you need:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain preferred.
  • 2+ years of diversified experience in a commodity-based environment, preferably agriculture.
  • International exposure.
  • Experience with supply chain, price risk management, fertilizer and sales Experience with market analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to create effective partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills Strong process-orientation.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • PriceFx, Salesforce, PowerBI, SAP, o9 experience preferred
  • Experience with position management, project management, product optimization, price risk management and/or innovation preferred.
  • Experience working with customers and new product development process preferred.
