About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee and optimize our established and new partnership ad products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our established ad platforms, ensuring their efficiency, stability, and ability to meet business needs while also exploring opportunities for incremental innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, operations, and marketing, to maintain and enhance our established ad product line.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $84,256 - $111,639 plus bonus and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product roadmap to optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of our established ad products.
- Work closely with internal teams, including ad operations, engineering, and sales, to identify optimizations, define requirements, and implement improvements.
- Partner with engineering to ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and propose necessary enhancements or integrations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, evolving ad technologies, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for system improvements and future transition planning.
- Ensure the established ad systems remain compliant with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics, diagnose inefficiencies, and implement strategic improvements.
- Support the organization in evaluating modernization strategies, including potential migration paths to next-generation ad solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the advertising technology, broadcast, or digital media space.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital ad systems, ad-serving platforms, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience with ad operations, trafficking, and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to work with technical teams to maintain and enhance software systems.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
