Job Description:
The Product Manager's primary role is to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor large-scale projects with complex scope, high risk, and significant impact. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will oversee the start-up and completion of projects that may span multiple business units or functional areas. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, with oversight from the Manager of Professional Services.

Job Description:
The Product Manager's primary role is to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor large-scale projects with complex scope, high risk, and significant impact. - Ensure predictable and consistent project delivery by effectively managing scope, schedule, and resources.
- Provide a comprehensive view of the overall project to all stakeholders within the organization.
- Engage in proactive project planning activities, including:
- Defining the overall scope of the project.
- Creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline/schedule with major milestones and deadlines.
- Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts.
- Establishing mechanisms for ongoing control, including kick-off meetings, project management approaches, communication plans, risk management, issues management, and change control.
- Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and a clear escalation path.
- Ensure success criteria are defined upfront and actively managed to align with expected project outcomes.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders engaged, aligned on expected outcomes, and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively communicate the project's progress to ensure transparency and provide timely updates.
- Facilitate alignment across all related Fiserv business areas to meet the One Fiserv objectives.
- Understand the culture of the organization and navigate both formal channels and informal networks to ensure project success.
