Position Summary:
As a Product Manager on the Coordination of Benefits team at RxSense, you will be working directly with Product Managers to enhance and define requirements for projects related to Coordination of Benefits. You will own the refinement of product stories in conjunction with the development team, participate on daily standup calls, and supervise the product throughout the software development lifecycle.

Position Summary:
As a Product Manager on the Coordination of Benefits team at RxSense, you will be working directly with Product Managers to enhance and define requirements for projects related to Coordination of Benefits. You will own the refinement of product stories in conjunction with the development team, participate on daily standup calls, and supervise the product throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Become deeply familiar with the complexities of Coordination of Benefits practices at RxSense.
- Distill the details of this subject matter in ways that can be easily digested by both technical and non-technical stakeholders involved.
Expectations:
- Serves as the subject matter expert for COB program questions, COB system enhancements and build, COB RFP questions and new client implementations involving COB.
- Remains current with changing regulatory and industry COB requirements, ensuring the RxSense COB program remains compliant.
- Work alongside the lead product manager to prioritize work and build out quarterly roadmaps that aim to drive products toward their future vision.
- Interact with the rest of the core adjudication product areas allowing for a robust understanding of the entire RxSense Enterprise product offerings.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize product development based on business needs and goals.
- Develop detailed feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by technical and non-technical teams.
- An insatiable curiosity for understanding how things work at their most elemental level, is required.
- Create a strategy for coordination of benefits that aligns with the business needs of RxSense and RxSense Customers
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years working in or around agile teams, business functions, etc.
- 2+ years working at a PBM or Healthcare company with experience in Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Medicaid.
- Experience with Medicare a plus.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, frameworks, and development processes.
- Experience with JIRA a plus - structuring roadmaps, creating visuals for sprints across time, and prioritizing opportunities.
- Proven ability to self-manage, make data-driven decisions, and work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
