The Product Manager, Core Digital Experience is responsible for leading the continued evolution of our digital experience platform, enabling the delivery of a unified global digital experience at scale, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and subject matter experts from across the company, as well as the Virtuoso Network, to guide the product vision, features, and priorities from conception to launch and beyond. This role sits at the heart of our digital experience and must successfully bridge the technical and business worlds to develop shared experiences that our customers love.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Build on the foundation of the modernized core experience for the Virtuoso Network, creating and supporting other teams to create further extension of the digital ecosystem; lead product development by setting and maintaining a rolling 12- to 18-month product roadmap.
Own, develop, and execute a product vision and strategy for your product area that meets the needs of the Virtuoso Network and enterprise goals in collaboration with the Sr. Director, B2B Digital Experience. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals to ensure on-time delivery and performance for your products. Meet with customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts to synthesize key insights and serve as the voice of the customer within your team and across the company. Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on industry trends and technology. Collaborate with Product Management peers and leaders to create a healthy, effective product culture; drive and evangelize best practices to help the team grow into positions of influence and scale.

Educational and Skills Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred, but not required
- 5-7 years' experience managing highly integrated digital (web/mobile) products
- Proven track record of taking a product from concept and ideation to launch, adoption, and scale (0->1 and 1->10)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing peers, even without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to rally others around your ideas
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage sophisticated projects and competing simultaneous priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Travel Requirements:
- Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events (1-3 trips per year)
- Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international

- Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with director level staff and above outside of the job's immediate work unit/department
- External: Weekly communication with customers; monthly contact with business partners and vendors
