Product Manager - Deal Dashboard Position Summary
We are currently searching for a Product Manager to join our team. This role will have responsibility for the strategic direction and execution of our Deal Dashboard product.

This is an exciting time to join us as you will be responsible for supporting a live application, completing the build and launch of the new version, and supporting the migration to the new version. The new version will be a part of an evolving eco-system of applications supporting the M&A lifecycle. You will work closely with our engineering, relationship, and internal operations teams to help the company deliver on its commitments to our customers.

This position can be located in Denver or can be fully remote though you may be expected to travel occasionally to our Denver headquarters

The salary range for this position is between $120k and $140k, depending on level of experience.

Product Manager - Deal Dashboard Primary Responsibilities
Maintain a clear application vision and strategy that helps drive the application forward and supports the broader business goals of the company
Use hypotheses to justify features and strategy, validate throughout the process, and be able to clearly articulate return on investment and value
Quickly ramp up on complex feature sets and have deep understanding of source data
Manage a product launch by coordinating launch activities with all involved stakeholders and departments
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape requirements and features
Prioritize requests from users and multiple stakeholder groups
Translate those requirements into stories with acceptance criteria. Work with the development team to deliver features necessary for the company to effectively support its customers
Work with other members of the product team to ensure strategic alignment and all necessary departments for seamless execution
Manage priorities and timelines in close collaboration with the development team
Develop and communicate product roadmaps to internal stakeholders
Work with other members of the product team to ensure that needs of internal and external stakeholders are met and supported
Foster collaboration with team members to drive value for users and the company and identify and resolve impediments in a timely manner

Product Manager - Deal Dashboard Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of software product management experience with a track record of successful integrations and feature launches
Experience working with internal & external stakeholders, as well as UX/UI designers
Data-driven, analytical, inquisitive, and can visualize the big picture
Able to prioritize between competing features and creating product roadmaps
Detail-oriented, naturally curious, and proactive
Strong communication and presentation skills
Worked with development teams using Agile methodologies
Able to grasp complex technical challenges and nuanced product workflows, and translate them into simple, intuitive user experiences and designs

Product Manager - Deal Dashboard Desired Characteristics
Natural curiosity to understand business strategy, clients, how users operate and what motivates them
Experience in the B2B space
Background in financial services, payments, mergers & acquisitions, banking, or tax systems
Experience operating with a geographically dispersed workforce

Product Manager - Deal Dashboard Physical Requirements/Special Demands
Must be available to work standard Mountain time zone business hours
Occasional work after hours may be required
Ability to work in fast paced environment
