About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to join our Product team. As an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager on the Operations product team, you will be instrumental in helping building and scaling products that empower our kitchens to better service our end customers. Products include our kitchen order manager (how kitchen managers and GMs stay apprised and manage everything that is happening within our restaurants), our backend restaurant tool (the tech that powers the set up of our 30 concepts within one restaurant), and 3P aggregator tools (how we manage our digital storefront on 3rd party services like Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Doordash). You'll work on features through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to development to launch. We'll rely on you to be able to put yourself into the many different users' shoes and conduct user-centered qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform our product roadmap. You'll build a deep understanding of our products, customers, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continually develop and improve systems that allow our kitchens to run more efficiently for our corporate operations team
  • Help lead sprint rituals and work directly with Engineering to ensure we are executing against our strategic roadmap
  • Work closely with Operations and Engineering to gather requirements and test new features
  • Define and spearhead new feature development (from inception to launch)
  • Define key KPIs and product metrics to track success
  • Work with designers on wireframes and prototypes of new features
  • Document product and feature requirements that can be shared with both technical and non-technical audience
  • Analyze data to generate user insights to assist in the prioritization and optimization of our products and features
  • Actively participate in quarterly road map planning
  • Help lead new strategic initiatives as they arise
  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication within the product and engineering teams and outbound to stakeholders and the larger organization


The experience you have
  • 2-4 years of product experience; ideally in tools for operational end-users
  • Demonstrated contributions to successfully shipping features / products in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders (engineers, operations, design) that may be strong opinionated. Low ego approach to working with users
  • Excellent cross-functional project management skills and written and verbal communication
  • Creative problem solver
  • Detail-oriented - able to write detailed descriptions of functionality. Enjoys getting their hands dirty and diving into the details (both technical and UX).
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces
  • Experience working on 3rd party integrations a plus
  • Experience scaling 0-1 products a plus


Base Salary:

$122,000
