Our Product Management team is dedicated to partnering with government agencies to solve complex problems. About the Role

The Product Manager I will own a product feature and lead project execution. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team and will have an internal network across product domains. The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Represents requirements, understands key customer needs, uses customer frameworks, and focuses on delivering commitments.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Analyzes situations and data autonomously, and utilizes data from dashboards to make decision recommendations.
  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Executes go-to-market launch plans, gathers product needs, trains internal partners, and addresses customer complaints.
  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Leads execution of a product roadmap for a feature area, coordinates activities to ensure quality, and prioritizes requirement changes.
  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Contributes to product strategy development and execution, and links personal goals to product and business strategy success.
  • Technical Skills: Understands the company technology stack and relevant architecture, and uses technologies like Excel, Balsamiq, Tableau, Python, SQL for tasks.
  • Personal Capability: Practices self-development, acts on feedback, looks for developmental opportunities, and invests in self-improvement.
  • Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues: Asks effective questions, collects facts to solve problems, identifies and analyzes problems, and proposes solutions.

Requirements
  • Experience (US Only) and Education - Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience: 2-4 years
  • Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.

Critical Experiences:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.
  • Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements.
  • Demonstrated readiness to engage in work under minimal supervision.
