Role Summary:
As part of the Sales Technology team, the product manager will focus on helping build and implement a tech strategy that allows our Sales organization to thrive & succeed. The role will focus on defining user needs, building roadmaps, working with stakeholders, and executing the strategy within an Agile framework.
The role exists as a PM is a necessary part of the Sales Tech agile pod.

What you'll be doing:
- Work with sales leadership to own Sales Technology platforms to optimize sales performance
- Maintaining up to date Banking process knowledge to capitalize on opportunities from elolving sales technology landscape
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product, marketing and sales operations in finding performance optimization strategies
- Contribute to and support sales playbooks; translating go to market strategies and messaging into actionable training and tools.
- Apply agile development methodologies to maintain a constant stream of iterative enablement programs and content that evolve with the needs of the sales teams.
- Assess sales technology platform performance and contribute improvement strategies
- Communicate with stakeholders internally and externally to define and deliver strategic roadmap of sales technology implementation
Requirements:
- 3+ yrs in sales, banking or fintech industry
- Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies - Agile methodology
- Experience defining, achieving exceptional client experience
- Banking knowledge and experience
- Agile development principles
- Bachelors Degree
