SUMMARY

iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Product Manager II, Consumer remotely.

ROLE COMMITMENTS
  • Build the value of our brand portfolio:
    • Lead the creation of a comprehensive three-year product roadmap that emphasizes innovative fitness equipment, ensuring alignment with current market trends and evolving customer needs.
    • Stay ahead of competitors by closely monitoring industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Update Competitive landscape quarterly and distribute cross functionally; update competitor share data monthly.
    • Lead the creation of market sizing data to prioritize which products will be added to the roadmap based on potential revenue, ifit membership acquisition, customer demand, and competitive positioning.
  • Make people, culture, and how we operate a competitive advantage:
    • Foster strong communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches by holding weekly check-ins and team syncs to align on project timelines and address challenges.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product Management: Research, conceive, and create new and innovative product ideas. Coordinate product development briefs, develop product features and benefits, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define product features, functionality, and specifications.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data to generate meaningful insights and solutions. Create action-based presentations for executive counsel and global teams on a weekly basis.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning, development, and pricing strategies. Become an expert on consumer and market channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align product roadmaps, manage prioritization, and ensure timely delivery of product deliverables.
  • Key Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and success. Adjust prioritization based on consumer insights and feedback.
  • Product Vision: Create and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • GTM Management: Oversee overall go-to-market (GTM) management for hardware and software products, ensuring cohesive messaging, pricing, and positioning strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Manage key internal teams throughout the development process to ensure project visions, strategies, and deliverables are met.


  • Education and Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in product management, working with a physical/hardware product line.
    • Proficient in using product management tools (e.g. Asana, or similar).
    • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
    • Holding an MBA is not necessary but would be preferred.
    • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
    • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
