The Product Manager - International leads product management activities for multiple international business units (BU) and product changes for the US business. This position manages and adapts the product portfolio strategy to business needs, coordinates competitive benchmarking, and leads cross-functional teams in new product development. Also, this position provides change leadership and partners with multiple functions to drive cost improvement programs (CIP).
This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA.

This position manages and adapts the product portfolio strategy to business needs, coordinates competitive benchmarking, and leads cross-functional teams in new product development. Also, this position provides change leadership and partners with multiple functions to drive cost improvement programs (CIP).
This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with international BU's for product road map management and drives customer centric innovations to increase P&L growth and market share.
- Provides leadership for cross-functional teams for product development or product changes and ensures deadlines and budget.
- Serve as change leader to enhance adoption of the product change process and other initiatives.
- Partners with cross functional teams to prepare project justification analysis via ROI & payback periods for project approval.
- Provides marketing assets for new products across global business units.
- Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing and purchasing to drive cost improvements identified by the international BU's to grow product portfolio profitability.
- Partners with international BU teams to provide them with the necessary sales knowledge, training and materials enabling them to sell products manufactured in US facilities.
- Coordinates competitive benchmarking activities through US facilities to identify and address product gaps through product teardowns and other benchmarking methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, and engineering related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Up to 30% travel required, including international

- Advanced financial analysis or business case development
- Global business experience
- Sales, marketing, or HVAC / Water Heating industry experience preferred.
- Management experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
