Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Lead the Data product features/capabilities to enable data monetization and activation to support advertising, marketing, customer experience and other enterprise needs.
Play the 'subject matter expert', to provide the thought leadership and influence business roadmaps.
Collaborate with multiple client groups, other product teams, understand the business problems, translate into product features, and prioritize the development to support multiple use cases.
rticulate and document the business needs, business value and time criticality for work prioritization and timely delivery.
Work with both internal and external partners to source, integrate and maintain the data.
Identify the 1P, 3P data and data enrichment needs to maintain and expand our data platform supporting multiple data capabilities including Identity spine, consumer attributes and segmentation.
Own and support data matching processes for onboarding 3P data, and integrating with existing consumer data.
Manage the work and collaborate with technical teams for successful delivery of projects.
Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders in developing data methodologies to enrich data for business needs.
Ensure the privacy and consent compliance throughout the data product life cycle.

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Proven experience in driving outcomes.
a. Demonstrated experience in launching new products. - CleanRooms, CDP, something in advertising or marketing space preferred.
2) bility to work with Stakeholders to develop use cases and requirements.
a. Experience working on products requirements documents.
3) bility to prioritize roadmap items and work with Engineering Teams on developing a backlog.
a. Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
Backgrounds:
1) Customer Data Platforms - Audience Targeting.
2) Consumer Identity - Identity Graphs.
3) Data Clean Rooms - Audience Overlaps, PII Cross-walking.

Soft Skills
1) Entrepreneurial drive, ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
2) Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate the delivery across different groups and levels in the organization.
3) Exceptional communication and writing skills.
4) bility to work with uncertainty, proactively anticipate and mitigate risks.
5) Desired experience in Agile and Lean startup product management processes.
6) Consumer Marketing Advertising Background.

Education / Certifications
1) Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical fields (Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering).
