Responsibilities
Manage and promote the adoption of optimized search products and strategies globally, contributing to the continuous improvement of TikTok's search functionality.
Act as the point of contact for the US market in search evaluation and consulting on user experience enhancement.
Collaborate with the international operations team to facilitate the global implementation of the overall research and evaluation plan.
Develop and implement detailed monitoring plans to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of evaluation reports.
Analyze user needs and satisfaction by leveraging evaluation reports, user research, and objective data.
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of search products and strategies, providing relevant optimization suggestions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and user behaviors to inform decision-making processes and keep the search team at the forefront of innovation.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to align search initiatives with overall product goals and user expectations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for product roadmap and strategy;
Monitoring and evaluating product performance using SQL, Python, or R;
Applying A/B experimentation and data visualization to develop strategies and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business growth;
Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, and expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy; and
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome.
Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Salary Range: $149040 - $246400 per year
