Job Summary
The Product Manager - Precast Wall Products is a key contributor responsible for managing the lifecycle, growth strategy, and competitive positioning of Fabcon's precast concrete wall product portfolio. This individual will drive product profitability, deliver customer-focused solutions, and provide tools and insights to empower the sales team. The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure long-term market success and financial performance.

Objectives and Key Outcomes
Product Strategy and Market Positioning:
- Lead the lifecycle management of precast wall products, including cost, pricing, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
- Understand the product P&L, driving margin improvement and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product enhancements and positioning.
Sales Enablement and Collaboration:
- Equip sales teams with product guides, competitive intelligence, and training to support territory growth.
- Provide actionable customer insights and feedback loops to strengthen sales efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align go-to-market strategies and messaging.
Product Performance and Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize product direction.
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., revenue, margin, market share) and share updates with leadership.
- Partner with manufacturing to ensure product quality, availability, and cost targets are met

Required KSA and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in precast concrete, construction, or building materials industries.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and delivering insights that drive competitive advantage.
- Experience supporting sales teams with tools, training, and strategic input.
- Knowledge of PCI, ACI, and construction industry standards.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Sales or Business Development experience (preferred)
Working Conditions:
- Standard office conditions with occasional remote work opportunities.
- Requires minimal travel (less than 10%) for client meetings, site visits and industry events.
- This position may require occasional visits to a manufacturing or construction site. Personal Protective Equipment is required to be worn in designated areas in plant and construction sites.
