As a Product Manager you willplay a critical role in managing new product launches, generation changes and 3rd Party Branded drop ship programs to help drive revenue and margin growth. Delivering timely resolutions to customer returns and drives continuous improvement in product quality.
Based at our Racine, WI headquarters, this position is on-site Monday - Thursday and remote Fridays. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, manage key projects, and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

Based at our Racine, WI headquarters, this position is on-site Monday - Thursday and remote Fridays. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, manage key projects, and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your NPI Roadmap and internal stakeholders to keep your categories competitive.
- Facilitate meetings and manage overall project timelines to ensure timely launch schedule.
- Monitor competitive pricing data from on-line competitors as well as brick-and-mortar distributor and big-box retailers to ensure e-conolight products are market competitive.
- Serve as main point of contact for assigned 3rd Party Branded suppliers to monitor performance and work on discounts supporting e-conolight promotions.
- Partner with Global Sourcing to identify the right suppliers, both off-shore and domestic, to provide high-quality, value-priced lighting fixtures to contractor, facilities managers and other e-conolight customers that maximize margin dollar and overall revenue generation.
- Work cross functionally to collect data, compile analysis, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and supplier to identify opportunities to reduce future RMA's through product and/or collateral modifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or RMA roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle (preferred).
