Education
- (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience
- 5+ Years of project management experience in leading and managing website build-outs in various content management platforms
- 5+ Years of experience using various content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, SharePoint, WIX, and WordPress.
- 5+ Years of experience using website analytics tools
- 3+ Years experience leading code development teams using agile, scrum, and/or waterfall development methodologies
- 3+ Years experience in delivering content and content migrations
- 3+ Years experience in delivering website prototyping, mockups, flowcharts, sitemaps, and UX designs
Knowledge
- Understanding of development methodologies including agile, hybrid agile, scrum, and waterfall
- Great communication skills and able to communicate effectively to team members and stakeholders
- Understanding of how to deliver a website build-outs from design to go-live
- Understanding of SEO optimization
- Understanding of content lifecycle management
- Understanding of 508 compliance, ADA compliance, and WCAG compliance
- Understanding of the how to create standard operating procedures for modules and web components, and break/fix.
- Understanding of website front-end and back-end development technologies and code technologies.
