Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid, candidates must live in the greater Washington, DC metro area)

Clearance Required: Must have a ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE; an ACTIVE TOP-SECRET is PREFERRED

Position Overview:

The Product Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for driving teams to establish, document, and implement governance processes, roles, and communications for the Analytics program. Their job responsibilities include:
Providing governance to produce products and its components for on-time delivery
Defining repeatable processes for documentation and reviewing documentation to finalize artifacts
Developing an actionable roadmap for analytic opportunities and recommending opportunities for growing analytics capabilities to facilitating effective decision making
Clearly communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related discipline) and 3+ years of relevant experience
Product management
Agile methodology
Clearance Required: Current Secret
Must reside in the DC Metro area and be able to attend regularly scheduled in-person meetings

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Basic to advanced analytics
Bank Secrecy Act knowledge
Scrum master certification
A Top Secret clearance is preferred
