We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development efforts focused on mortgage technology, with a strong emphasis on Product Pricing and Eligibility (PPE) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Encompass (LOS) and Optimal Blue (PPE), along with a proven track record of working within companies that leverage a mix of homegrown, third-party, and customized technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Encompass (LOS) and Optimal Blue (PPE), along with a proven track record of working within companies that leverage a mix of homegrown, third-party, and customized technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for mortgage technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
- Develop and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to drive product success.
- Work closely with third-party vendors and oversee the customization and deployment of Encompass, Optimal Blue, and other mortgage-related technologies.
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to ensure the product remains at the forefront of industry trends.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in PPE, mortgage fees, and loan origination processes.
Qualifications:
- Extensive mortgage industry experience is required, with priority given to candidates who have worked at a top 10-20 loan originator or a tech-forward mortgage company.
- Direct experience with Encompass (LOS) and Optimal Blue (PPE), including deployment, customization, and integration.
- Strong ability to manage and optimize API-driven and custom-built mortgage software solutions.
- Experience working with in-house built technology and third-party software in the mortgage space.
- Ability to operate independently, manage cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
