Product Manager-Oil & Gas (Fugitive Methane Solutions

Purpose: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our fast-growing team, focused on developing products for fugitive methane and other Oil & Gas applications. This position requires someone who can drive the full product lifecycle from concept to post-launch, ensuring that the products meet customer expectations, market demands, and business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support product development from concept to launch, managing product features, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitating product demos and training sessions for distributors
• Managing distributor relationships and providing ongoing support and training
• Acting as a liaison between engineering, customers, and sales management.
• Conduct market research to assess customer needs, trends, and competitor products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and positioning.
• Develop and manage project plans.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure that goals are achieved on time and within budget.
• Define product marketing communication objective and work on strategies for effective promotion.
• Use customer feedback and marketing data to inform product improvements and iterations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Provide management with regular reports on product performance, market trends, and project status.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years in product or project management, ideally in a fast-paced or start-up environment.

Preferred assets:

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or environmental solutions.
• Familiarity with market research and product marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and passion for project management.
