SUMMARY: The Product Manager will primarily be responsible for the management of assigned projects and / or product lines. He / she will develop the formal plans, and coordinate the successful execution of those plans through Alloy personnel and the applicable customers involved. Positioning the project, assisting in developing the bid / product strategy, and successfully coordinating the deliverables in a timely fashion are additional major accountabilities. The strong analysis and communication of the project assigned will also be key deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with target and current customers for bidding projects, the Company's Sales, Marketing, and Product Engineering teams, and other Alloy departments to collect the necessary information for the project / product plan, including, milestones, accurate pricing & margins, correct equipment, and project deliverables for each project / product line assigned.
  • Timely plans, communications, and coordination to all stakeholders at all stages of the project.
  • Understand and solidify the production and quality needs of the project / product line.
  • Accountable for the execution of the customer delivery workflow.
  • Engages in frequent and regular communication with all members of the execution team.
  • Coordinates the requirements of the project scope through the rest of the Company through clear and concise charts and graphs.
  • Contributes and promotes a positive work environment and can-do attitude with all members of the team throughout the scope of the project.
  • Work across all departments to ensure the best product and service to our customers.


Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in written form, with our customers and all members of the team.
  • Must be able to move about the shop floor with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to use project management software and Microsoft Office applications proficiently and accurately.
