We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the development of software solutions, including tools and device manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and product lifecycle management, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Developing and maintaining the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and features.
  • Project Management: Coordinating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features, balancing scope, quality, and deadlines.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting competitor analysis and staying updated on industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • User Experience: Ensuring the product delivers a positive user experience by working with UX/UI teams to design intuitive interfaces.
  • Product Launch & Lifecycle: Managing product launches, ensuring proper positioning, marketing strategies, and post-launch support to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in software product management, including writing user stories and managing product development in an Agile environment. A strong track record of successfully leading the delivery of software products
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility to attend late-night meetings with stakeholders in South Korea, where you will lead discussions, provide updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during hours that align with the Korea time zone.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required up to 25%
  • Fluency in both Korean and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders, participate in meetings, and collaborate with teams across different regions.
