Product Manager for our innovative spectrometer line, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, launching, and determining the future design of our spectrometers. As a key member of our Product Management organization, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, Application, Finance, Production, and Sales teams to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include driving product portfolio and lifecycle management, conducting market and competitive analysis, and ensuring successful new product introductions. With a passion for scientific discovery and a customer-centric approach, you will help us leverage the power of light to solve meaningful problems in health, safety, and the environment.
Through a natural curiosity and passion for scientific discovery, the successful candidate will:
Partner closely with the Application and Engineering teams to provide input on product and market requirements to execute new spectrometer introductions.
Drive spectrometer product portfolio and lifecycle management based on customer insights and competitive landscape - working with cross-functional teams to execute.
Conduct product research to further understand the competitive profile for the segment and opportunities for growth to inform market strategy, pricing, and product financials.
Establish the vision, strategic plan, and roadmap for the spectrometer portfolio based on the voice of the customer to support the business strategy.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
