Key Responsibilities
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
- Oversee and manage project resources, including hiring, coaching, and motivating staff.
- Collaborate with functional teams to define and document business requirements.
- Lead software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Define test plans and ensure product quality before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout strategies and procedures.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support business decisions.
- Ensure adherence to systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project management standards.
- Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
- Oversee backend software integration projects involving APIs, XML, and data exchange.
- Coordinate integration with mobile platforms as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in project or product management.
- Proven experience managing software product lifecycles and delivering technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, software integration, databases, and APIs.
- Familiarity with XML and software data exchange processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated flexibility in managing competing priorities and adapting to change.
- Experience managing teams in a large-scale, multi-platform environment.
- Proven risk assessment and mitigation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced degree in a related field.
- PMP or PMI certification.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Knowledge of mobile platform integration.
